Academically, I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (individual), with a postgraduate certificate in addictions treatment. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health, addictions, and justice fields, providing one-on- one support in various roles. I am looking forward to connecting with you.

While Nichole is a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist, she is also a Life/ Spiritual Coach, Reiki Master, and Foot Reflexologist. It is important to note, coaching and holistic services are separate from psychotherapy and not recognized by the College of Registered Psychotherapist’s or College of Registered Social Workers. Thus, these services are completely separate from psychotherapy and only endorsed by their respective bodies. Please do not use these services in replace of psychotherapy.
